High End Hospitality's involvement with Dream Downtown was comprehensive and began with site identification. Eran recognized the potential in the former Covenant House non-profit facility and formed a partnership with Sant Chatwal to acquire the property. Our team led every aspect of the $250 million development: property acquisition, due diligence, financial modeling, and navigation of multiple regulatory approvals including the Department of Buildings, Landmarks Preservation Commission, Board of Standards and Appeals, Community Board 4, and Liquor License Authority. We managed the full construction process from concept through completion, overseeing budget, schedule, and quality control before transitioning the fully operational property to the management team.
