High End Hospitality acquired the vacant Lambs Club building and orchestrated its transformation into a five-star luxury hotel. Our comprehensive role encompassed all development activities—from securing landmark preservation approvals for both exterior and interior modifications to managing the building's complete restoration. We collaborated with master architect Thierry Despont to preserve the structure's historic character while integrating contemporary luxury elements and adding four new floors. Our team managed every aspect of the project: design vision, financing structure, construction execution, and rigorous preservation requirements. The result is an uncompromising hospitality experience that respects its heritage while delivering modern sophistication.
